Twenty Manning's clientle is mostly locals and many of the servers have been there for years, as well as the chef, so they all know the menu inside and out.  There is both indoor and some outdoor seating available.  They start you off with a selection of rolls - sourdough, raisin-pecan or olive, along with butter dressed with seasalt and parsley.  The specials feature fresh catches of the day or something exotic, like ostrich or venison.  The menu has all the classics, such as steak and chicken but always with an unexpected twist and great sides.  The portions are perfect, not too teeny tiny bites but not an enormous plate you can't finish.  The cocktails are special and they have a great selection of martinis - not too fruity, big, all top-shelf.  A great place for a dinner out with business associates, or even a special dinner for two.  Dark atmosphere with candles, lots of leather, glass and stainless steel decor.
