There is lots of information about Mazatlan on the internet, but sifting through it to find the most useful and informative sites is not always easy. 

            The official website of the Mazatlán hotel association is  www.gomazatlan.com.  The site is devided into four main sections: "About Mazatlan"  "Where To Stay" "Things To Do" and "Real Estate"  There are links allowing you to book your hotel and excursions, and sometimes, special discounts are offered. 

          An “official” tourist office is not present in Mazatlan, but the tourism board has small "tourist kiosks" located around the city where employees answer questions and hand out brochures and maps.
