The hotel is in the middle of the town so it is accessible to anywhere within the downtown.
The room is nice and clean, but at first I was given a room without double-gazed windows so I could hear a lot of noise from down street. In addition, the walls between the rooms are paper-thin and I could hear the conversation very clearly from the room next to mine!
The day after I requested to change the room and the staff was quick and swap another room for me with the double-gazed windows so I could manage to have some good sleep at night.
I will stay in this hotel again if I happen to visit Philly in the near future, the only thing I want them to improve is find a way to soundproof the walls.
