After getting married in glitzy Las Vegas, we drove to Palm Springs. It was worth the 5 hour drive (make sure you stop off at Peggy Sue's diner at 1 Ghost Town Road for a real 50's diner experience). The Old Ranch Inn is simply beautiful. The room that we stayed in was huge & set back from the pool and had everything you needed. The decor was beautiful and the bed was huge and so comfortable. The Old Ranch is a short walk away from the main street with a wide selection of restaurants and boutiques so perfectly appointed. We only stayed for 2 days - I wish it had been longer.

There was nothing better than having a late afternoon swim in the lovely pool watching the hummingbirds (& there were many)

The garden area was really beautiful and the smell of the jazmine amazing.

This is truly a special place - go see for yourselves.

I was there to celebrate a birthday with four other good friends and we had a great time. The Inn was calming, pretty and the rooms very well decorated and comfortable. Larry made us feel very welcomed. Being outside by the pool in the late afternoon and evening was very relaxing. I would definitely come back.

This is a fabulous find! It's quiet, quaint & affordable. The bed was
so comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained. It's nice having a pool right outside your room and Ed & Larry (owners)
are very accomodating. They were great ! Downtown is just a short walk away. This is the place we want to stay at every time we're in Palm Springs. Thanks Ed & Larry for making our stay such a memorable one!:)

We loved our two-night stay at the Old Ranch Inn! We were greeted warmly when we arrived and when we returned after a long, hot day of golf. Ed, one of the owners, was very personable and made us feel right at home. He even offered us bottles of water when we headed for the pool. The room was a nice size with easy access to the pool and the bed was wonderful. The only slight drawback for us was that there was only a shower and an evening bath is sometimes a nice way to relax on trips. We liked the downtown location because we could walk three blocks to restaurants and shops. We drove farther south to play golf, but the village atmosphere was perfect for our mornings and evenings. If we come back to Palm Springs, we will stay here again.
