“Simply superb!”

I've stayed in this hotel twice in December and it was an absolute pleasure.

A fairly large hotel, but with a personalized touch to it. The service throughout the hotel in all the different areas was excellent. All the staff are very accommodating as you would expect from a hotel of this caliber.

The rooms are attended to twice a day with fresh fruits being brought in each time.

We were upgraded to a Premier Harbour room. The views from the room...Wow! The view at night is especially spectacular. The room size is very good, with a small office area provided.

Room facilities also excellent as expected, with all the usual suspects being in the room. The room lighting controls are a neat touch, as well as a privacy button which is respected by the hotel staff. There was also a DVD player in the room, which was useful.

The bathroom is also superb, with a very modern shower system. It is separated from the room with a glass panel, so one can see straight out of the bathroom onto the amazing views from the room. Of course if privacy is required, then there are blinds on the bathroom side of the glass panel.
This glass panel enlarges the size of the room and gives the room a nice feel.

The business centre is very well equipped and once again, excellent service is provided. The Internet access at the business centre is very expensive compared to any local Internet cafe. However when I used it for less than 10 minutes to check my email, they didn't charge the costs to my room.

To sum up, an amazing hotel from the moment you walk in to the reception area. Highly recommended and one of the best 5* hotels I've stayed in to date!

“Excellent hotel”

We stayed here for three nights on a stopover on our way to Australia.
The Oriental is definitely one of the best hotels I ve ever stayed at. The service is excellent and the staff very friendly. The hotel is renovated in an elegant modern style. We were upgraded to a harbour view room. The view from the 17th floor was amazing.
A wonderful breakfast buffet was included. There is so much to choose from. We have never seen such a big choise for breakfast at any hotel where we have stayed before anywhere in the world.
I definitely recommend this hotel, you wont be disappointed if you stay here.

It's a fantastic hotel,it's a business hotel with also very good leisure facilities. restaurants are great. Try Mortons Steakhouse, probably best steakhouse in Singapore. We had an executive suite which was great and very spacy. Seperate living area and a seperate bedroom. Breakfast is average to 5star standards in Asia. Conviently located next door to shopping mall Marina square which flows over into Suntec City.
Hotel is very close to Orchard Rd. I can recommend this hotel to everyone who comes to Singapore.

“Fabulous Hotel in Singapore”

Mandarin Oriental Service from start to finish. Booked the club floor - great room, great amenities. Loved the club - great place for a cocktail. Had a lovely dinner in the Japanese restaurant and also at Morton's. Spa experience was wonderful as well. Absolutely no complaints.

“Wonderful Hotel”

Just returned from Singapore and 2 nights at the Oriental. This is a wonderful hotel. The room was beautiful, large, and luxurious. The view was incredible (harbour view, club room). I ate at the Chinese restaurant twice and loved it both times. The staff was friendly, polite and professional. The club has a very nice breakfast and excellent cocktail food.
I would recommend this hotel to any one and would stay here again if I am lucky enough to get back to Singapore.
