“Great service & amazing breakfast”

I had a great time staying 3 nights at Four Seasons Bangkok. The hotel location was good few minutes walk from the skytrain. The area wasn't too busy or crazy for Bangkok. But still, the hotel was walking distance from shopping area and it was convenient.

The hotel service was excellent at check-in, afternoon tea and breakfast. Everyone was smiling and attentive. The room was roomy and very comfortable with a separate shower room and a huge bath tub in the bathroom.

Additionally, the hotel's breakfast buffet was amazing. Best buffet breakfast ever! The food was excellent, the selection of food was excellent, and the restaurant was roomy and nice as well.

I will definitely stay at the hotel again. Oh, the spa at the hotel was great too.

“Fantastic stay at Four Seasons”

I stayed at the Four Seasons last week with my partner where he was holding a conference. This has to be one of the best hotels we've stayed in for service in Asia. The staff are wonderful - so friendly and helpful but in a genuine way. From the concierge to the maid coming to do the turn down service they provide an impeccable service.

We were lucky enough to get an upgrade - the rooms are incredibly spacious with a lovely walk in closet and huge bathroom! The gym and changing area with steam room is great. The staff pass you a cold bottle of water as you step off your machine and immediately you're offered a fresh fruit juice. The pool area is lovely too but unfortunately there is some construction going on nearby which can be very noisy, so if you're planning lots of pool time, take this into consideration when booking this hotel at the moment.

The hotel is also well located for the train and the huge shopping complexes nearby of Central World, Siam Paragon and Siam Discovery. Overall the entire conference party were really impressed with this hotel - we'll definately go back if we're in Bangkok!

“A good hotel for a conference”

I stayed at this hotel for a conference back in November and its a nice hotel, very comfortable with nice gym/spa facilities. The rooms were roomy (so to speak) and the restaurants were fantastic. The location was also very good for most of the sights you would want to see in Bangkok.

“Impeccable service”

My husband is a regular guest at this hotel and I try to accompany him on business trips when I can because it's such a treat to stay here. We always receive fantastic service, but during our last visit, we received exceptional service from all the staff at the hotel. From check-in to room service to concierge, the service was nothing short of gracious, warm and friendly. Unfortunately I had a medical emergency on the first night of my stay, but I felt so fortunate to be in the caring hands of the hotel staff. I spent the rest of my stay in recovery in the hotel room and the staff did everything possible to make sure that I was comfortable and taken care of. Thank you Four Seasons Bangkok for your service and care.

I could also go on and on about the food, esp breakfast, the rooms, the spa, the pool, etc -- all of which is top notch, but I really wanted to point out that this is a place that goes an extra mile for you.

“Fantastic stay”

Had a fantastic one night stay at the FS in Bangkok in september.
Everything about the hotel is what you would expect from FS. The rooms are quite large and the finishes are quite high spec, the lobby is stunning as is the pool area (we didn't actually use the pool but used the shower area after checking out before going to the airport). The conceierge (?) were also willing to go that extra mile to help us during our short stay by booking resturants etc for us and taking delivery of a suit which didn't arrive until 2 am.. We would definatly recommned this hotel to anybody staying in Bangkok.

Some tips for your stay - if you can go and eat at BED superclub which has fantastic food and is quite a different experience and if you are looking to get a tailored suit use Embassy tailors which is used by the British and US diplomats (but dont let that put you off!) who turned a cashmere suit around for us within 15 hrs.
