convinent location, clean

The Holiday Inn Bangkok, is in my opinion, one of the best places to stay in Bangkok. Its location is superb, bang next to the BTS station. The World Trade Centre and Central Chidlom Department Store, the latter with its fantasatic food courts, are a few minutes walk away. I always stay at this property now. The rooms are just the right size and the toilets nice. Its value for money in many ways. The restaurants including those of its sister property, the adjoining Intercontiental Bangkok, affords a choice of culinary tastes to indulge in. I would recommend this hotel to any traveller.

Received free upgrade on check in! Excellent room, fantastic views! The room was very clean, the service excellent, and the room service comparitvely cheap, and very tasty! Concierge service was excellent, and staff in general were very helpful.

This was the first time that I had stayed at the Holiday Inn in Ploenchit Road and I highly recommend the hotel. After a tiring week travelling around the region I was looking for a quick check-in, a clean room and a central location to do some shopping during my 24hr stop-over in Bangkok. The Holiday Inn provided it all. Very fast check-in, a courtesy upgrade and late check-out the next day. The staff were incredibly friendly and very efficient. A lesiurely breakfast the next morning in their lovely cafe overlooking the street was the perfect way to start the day. I have travelled to Bangkok many times over the past 10 years and can highly recommend the Holiday Inn in Ploenchit Road. But next time I will remember to take my bathers as the pool area in an internal courtyard looked very enticing.
