We were so impressed with the reviews we saw of Vitalino, it actually made the decision for us to choose Belize as our adventure destination. We hired him for two full days and do not regret a single minute of it. First of all, cave tubing was unBELIZEable. We have been to several USA cave systems but caving tubing with a knowledgeable and attentive guide was incredible. The cave ceilings were high and Vitalino was so informative along the way. He is extremely proud of what he does and makes an incredible effort to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. He prefers to keep his tour groups small so each person will get plenty of one on one attention. Although we went to Belize in the off-season, we saw several other tourists and their tour guides eho left their paying customers behind to fend for themselves in the caves (unless the tourists were pretty girls). Vitalino stayed (floated) by our side at all times. He also stood up and pulled us through areas where we thought we could get caught up on rocks. If he was concerned about the water rising or a flash flood in the cave, he actually goes to the caves at 4AM to personally check. He also will be exactly where he says he'll be. He does not ask for a depsosit up front even though tour guides tried to steal his clients (us) by saying "He is not coming if you don't have a deposit." Tourism seems to be a cut throat industry in Belize, so if you confirm a meeting place with Vitalino...he will be there. If you have any questions, call his cell phone, I can validate that he carries it on him at all times and checks his messages, except when he cannot get service in remote areas such as the cave or deep in the rain forest. I highly recommend him for full day tours. We did cave tubing, zip lining, zoo, ruins, & the howler monkey trail. He drove safe and stayed near us providing us with a wealth of knowledge the entire time. We truely felt he handed us a true flavor of Belize in just two days complete with his fantastic Rum Punch and sinfully good burritos from Amigo's (make sure it comes spicy).

When we were preparing to go to Belize, as a last ditch effort, we looked up some recommended attractions on Trip Advisor. We came upon Vitalino Reyes name, and inquired about some different trips including cave tubing, Tikal, and Lamanai. This was only two days before we left! Vitalino booked all of our tours, and underbid all of the competition. He is as good as his recommendations suggest. It was just like visiting an old friend, who was more than happy to show us around the country. One night, after Tikal, my companion and I were hungry, so he took us by a hip restaurant (with dancing) so we wouldn't go back to the hotel on an empty stomach. One of my favorite quotes from Vitalino was “You’re the Boss!” And he truly makes you feel comfortable with his accommodating manner. When I go back to Belize, not only will I book my tours with Vitalino, but I can’t wait to give him a hug!

We had such a great time. Wrote an e-mail and Judy Wilson returned it right away. She responds to all the e-mails and sets everything up for you. She was great. We did the zippling and cave tubing. The service and attractions were great. We heard the zippling was a little short compared to ones in Costa Rica and other places, but for first timers like ourselves it was great. The caves were spectacular and the service was just as good. We decided to take the ferry from Amergris Caye to Belize city. There are 2 ferry's, when you make reservations make sure you go to the right dock and take the right ferry. Good Times.

This was one of our favorite excursions on our cruise. Vitalino did an outstanding job giving us history and information about Belize during our trip on the bus. He and his team were fantastic guides during the tubing experience. The walk on the trail was not bad at all. We all had a blast! I would reccommend this trip to anyone.
