“Great experience”

We wanted a hotel that was as close to the entrance to Disneyland as possible. This was the best deal we could find, and was only 2 businesses down from the crosswalk to Disney. It was clean, had very friendly and helpful staff, and offered larger rooms than the last hotel we stayed at near Disney.

“Nice Room, Great Staff”

Our family of 4 stayed at the BW Anaheim Inn from March 18-23, 2008. It's not the Hilton, but that's not why families stay here. The location is unbeatable, the walk to Disney is not much farther than the walk from the Disney parking garage to the trams. BW Anaheim Inn provides a nice clean room with lots of amenities including mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and iron. The shower/bath and toilet are in a separate room from the sink/mirror which is nice for families. The only negative was the tricky bath/shower operation that required more thought than should be necessary before coffee at 6 am (yes we did early entry at Disney)

The Inn also has a clean pool and hot tub, with towels and plenty of lounge and upright chairs. We used the laundry - there were three of each washer and dryers. The lobby has a computer and laser printer that we used for free. Parking and hi-speed wireless internet use were also free.

However, we were most impressed with the helpful staff. We have stayed at these Harbor Blvd motels before and know some are less than cordial. We arrived at about 10am the first day. The front desk gave us a parking pass and "pre-checked" us in. She said the room would absolutely be ready by 3pm, and if we needed, would likely be ready sooner. We also had a couple minor issues which were quickly and pleasantly handled.

We will definitely stay at the BW again.

PS - do not eat at nearby Captain Kidd's - I cannot understand how they would pass any state health inspection.

“Overall Very Pleased”

I was very pleased with the stay over all. We stayed here for one week, and toured Disneyland and other sights in the area. The location of the hotel is one of the best. Made it very easy to head back to the hotel for a quick rest when needed which avoided the need to wait for shuttles. The hotel was clean, the service was great, and location fantastic. There is no breakfast which would have been convenient for families, but they do supply a fridge and microwave in the units. The pool was clean, the rooms freshly painted and kept very clean. Any minor problems were dealt with quickly from an enthusiastic staff. I plan on staying here again, as I travel to Disneyland about once a year. I've stayed in fancier hotels, and worse hotels in the Anaheim area but when you compare price, and location this one is a winner.

“Good and price worthy hotel”

I was there on a 4-day business trip, for the NAMM convention, about a half hour walk from the hotel.

The hotel staff was very helpful and relaxed. My luggage was delayed at the airport and they helped me out the best they could. There was a misunderstanding between the night shift and day shift staff that may have caused a further delay but they sorted it out in the end.

The single room was huge compared to European standard with two queen sized (?) beds and a large TV with 100 channels. Ironing board and ironer in a wardrobe was a big plus. The shower had a rather low water pressure which I'm not used to but it was no big problem. The bed was comfortable.

I forgot a thing in my room after I left, I contacted them a couple of days later and they sent me everything by airmail for a minor self cost.

All in all, it is a good hotel. I could stay there again.

“Great Service”

What can I say. At first I was really bummed we didn't stay at an onsite hotel. But I will totally stay here again!

We drove down from Northern Ca, and we got to the hotel MUCH earlier then planned. We called them at 4:45am and told them we were there early and wanted to see if we could just store our bags and get a packing pass so we could go eat. BUT they had ONE room left for that night, and let us check in! with out an extra charge. This was great. We rested a bit (tred to sleep). When we left to go to breakfast two hours later we ended up having to come back to do some clothing switching and found that they had come in and loaded us with extra towels and fresh coffee packs.

The walk to the park was smooth and easy. Perfect for us. I think that the walk is about the same as if you are staying onsite if not shorter!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. They were very quick and responsive when needed. The room was very clean.

We would be glad to stay here again and again.
