We just returned home from a 5 day trip to Disneyland where we stayed at the Courtyard Marriott Disneyland. It was booked as part of a Costco package. Since we were visiting Disneyland for our daughters birthdays (8 and 3) I called ahead of time to see if they could do anything for them. We arrived to 2 pink Mickey ears with their names embroidered on the back, 2 small boxes of See's candy and a card from the hotel wishing them a happy birthday.
The rooms were nice with comfortable beds, a refigerator, coffee pot and FREE wireless internet (which was nice to check schedules, etc). We had an air mattress that we brought with us. After the first nite, we came back to the hotel to find that the housekeeping staff had made it up with a set of sheets and a pillow. All of the staff was friendly and accommodating whether it was 630 in the morning or midnight.
The breakfast buffet was great for the price of $11 for adults and $6 for kids 4-12. Omelets, waffles, cereal, breads, bacon, sausage, potatoes, coffee, OJ, milk, etc. Definitely worth the price. Convenient and again, very friendly staff.
Transportation to Disneyland was provided through the ART. For $8 (10+) we had unlimited travel on the Anaheim Rapid Transit for 3 days. The nearest bus stop was a short walk between the hotel and the Marriott hotel. The hotel was close enough to walk to/from Disneyland...but why for that price. Buses ran about every 20 mins with a lunch break of about 1.5 hrs in the middle of the day. Last bus ran 30 mins after park closed.
We had a wonderful experience here and would definitely stay here again in the future.
