Stayed here for 3 nights with Family in June 05.
Hotel is great, Bright and Clean rooms, Comfy Beds, Friendly Staff, Great pool area.
No Resturant, its a bit of walk to the nearest shopping centre. We used the hotel for closenes to Disneyland and had a bus tour planned on the last day, So didn't spend to long in the hotel. But Good price and location for the park.

I booked with Priceline at 40% off per night Friday thru Wednesday stay. Hotel is clean, rooms were nice. Beds were comfortable, but it made noise. Free internet in room stay was very slow. There is no any public bus or restaurant there. They only have the Disney shuttle bus which was slow in coming and an American hotel restaurant which was very expensive. It's very far to walk to Disney from the hotel. Also the soda machines never worked on any floor I checked. Some of the desk staff was very rude, while others were very service oriented. Even though I got discount from Priceline, I did not feel it was very good price for their service.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn from May 7-14, 2008. We had a great stay. I would recommend it for families out there who are in Anaheim especially for Disneyland. We had the kids suite and the kids loved the room. The hotel was not extravagant but it did its job for the 7 days that we were in Anaheim. Basically we were there to just sleep and to get up early the next day morning to head out to Disneyland. As we didnt spend most of our time at the hotel, but it was clean when we returned and front desk was very helpful, and would recommend good shopping locations, movie theatres and clubs/lounges in the area.

The best way to get around was by taxi ($7.00 to get to The Block at Orange) But do take advantage of the shuttles. We rent a vehicle and drove to Universal and to Hollywood, which was very easy to find from the hotel.

The only set back was we arrived at the hotel at 1:00 p.m. from LAX. We found out that our room was not ready...as check in is at 3:00 p.m. We were too tired to just hang around the lobby so front desk recommend that we walk to town. Had lunch at The Cheesecake Factory...yum! It was a 10 min walk. Easy to find. When we returned out room was ready.

This is a "do it yourself" hotel...where you have to bring your luggage to your room. The kids ate free at the restaurant..however, it was still pricey. But there are lots of restaurants outside of the hotel.

Pool area is great...its a pool! Did its job!

Overall had a great stay and our family really enjoyed visiting Disneyland. Would definitely recommend this hotel for the price.

I stayed at this hotel a year ago and was very impressed with the quality of service received for the price. The hotel is currently undergoing a small facelift but nothing that would interfere with your stay. When you pull up to the hotel the entrance looks closed but the side doors are open for check in. I didn't like the fact that they didn't have registration parking but most everybody seemed to leave their cars in the turnaround. Also the Holiday inn is attached to the Staybridge Suites and you may accidently try to check into the wrong hotel like we did (we thought it was a side entrance because of construction). The only thing I can really complain about is the lack of blackout curtains. The natural light filters through and if you have had a long night it isn't convenient. Other than that great deal for the price!
