Stayed at the Anaheim Holiday Inn in November 2006. Had an awesome stay with my family. The rooms were very tidy and clean. My mum had trouble sleeping some nights, not because of noise but because the pillows were too hard. The hotel restaurant was definately the best part of the hotel. We had breakfast there every morning. The food was really delicious and the portions were huge! (portions are much smaller in New Zealand). The restaurant service was excellent! Definately wouldn't hesistate staying at the Anaheim Holiday Inn again!

We were allocated a room at this hotel by the travel company we were touring with. On arrival there were no room keys available due to a breakdown of the system, the rooms were left open for us but once we locked the door we had to ask at reception for the room to be reopened. We were supposed to show our passports but no-one asked to see them!!
We wanted to use the laundry facilities but needed soap powder, a notice on the laundry wall said that soap powder could be bought at the gift shop. The gift shop had very little stock inside, lots of nearly empty shelves & when we asked for soap powder they were out of stock!!! We were told to try the store at the corner of the block which turned out to be 10 to 15 minutes walk away. The laundry had three washers & dryers, two of the washers didn't work but the third one did and the dryer worked ok so we got our clothes washed & dried.
At breakfast the first morning we had a long wait for food from the a la carte menu & the staff were off hand. However, the second morning the staff were very helpful, we tried the buffet breakfast & it was a lot better.
The room itself was fine, clean & tidy, well stocked with towels.
The evening bar staff were very friendly & helpful

I got a great rate on this hotel as a 3 Star Disneyland South on Hotwire. I arrived and was greeted by a friendly and helpful employee names Javier? Requested an early check in and got it no problem. Room was very clean and nice, no problems whatsoever. Free and abundant parking. Did not use the restaurant or pool. To get to Disney it is .6 miles to the parking lot shuttle, yes we measured it with a GPS. Turn left out of the hotel and walk down the side walk to Magic Way hang a left and cut through the parking lot near the parking garage to the Disney Shuttle and ride the rest of the way to Disney. There are no traffic problems as you are on sidewalks the entire time. It is one block from Disney, just a very long block. We walked it everyday without any problems or complaints. Would stay at this hotel again.

Our camera was stolen. The room was never restocked with towels ect. And the room service includes 15% tip in the bill so the servers don't even try to earn the tip. We stayed here last year and had a very differant review but this trip was bad.
