“When a stay is wonderful and fabulous - blame it on the management”

When one has a wonderful stay it is because the management has trained the staff as well as leading by example. The comfort level for the guest is so high at the Arabella Congress because the staff "thinks what can we do to make the guest's stay more enjoyable"
I have been staying in this hotel ever since several managers relocated here from another Starwood property in Frankfurt.
Even though the location is not as convenient as the hotel at which I was staying I am willing to come here because I do feel at home!
The staff does the best job one can expect and it is a joy to speak with a group of very interested hoteliers.

Stayed here on a business trip because colleague wanted Starwood points. Basically, the hotel is fine if you have a meeting with the business park (Nestle etc.) where it exists outside of Frankfurt proper. Other than that, STAY AWAY.
1) Had to change room after first night due to completely lame a/c. They brought a fan to my room! I thought this is a $325 room and my a/c is a fan?
2) The lobby bar/lounge service is very lazy and again, the air is STILL and very hot. Overheard other Americans saying the same thing.
3) Returned to room after a business day at 3:15pm and room had not been cleaned. I told them I would sit in the lobby while room was cleaned since I had business to attend to.
4) Hotel is approximately 20 euros by taxi from town center or popular exhibition space Messe Frankfurt. A quite expensive commute when done daily....
For a business hotel it was an overall awful experience.
Happily, moving to the Frankfurt Marriott tomorrow!

“Great Meeting Location”

We had a fantastic meeting in this hotel. Staff was great, especially the Meeting Concierges and the service people. Just nothing was impossible.
Though the rooms are nothing special and the location is off center, we enjoyed our time, had excellent food and great get togethers at the newly renovated lobby bar.
Jogging in the park or swimming in the big hotel pool were a welcome change after the meetings.
Would recommend it any time!

Great hotel, great location. Near airport (10min.); near fair (shutlte bus for 6.- Euro). Direct connection by tram to the old city.
Rooms furnishing OK, but nothing special. Great view (had a room with balcony on the executive floor). In room coffee maker, 2 bottles comp water, bathrobe.
Friendly staff and great breakfast buffet.

“Fine hotel, no complaints”

I stayed there for 2 nights with my fiance and have no complaints at all. The staff was very friendly and polite.

We stayed in a executive room which was well equipped and also clean. The breakfast was very good. We had no complaints at all. The location is great, and near to all major shopping facilities in downtown Frankfurt.
