We just returned from a 9 night stay at The Reefs. We had spent our honeymoon there and we were back to celebrate our 25th anniversary. This was our overall 4th stay at the hotel.
I must say that the hotel only keeps getting better. The rooms, restaurant, beach and clubhouse area are immaculate, and they are constantly being kept up. The staff could not have done more to make us more comfortable. We were always treated with the utmost respect. All staff, management, dining room, housekeeping, groundskeepers, beach personnel and bartenders were all wonderful. The food was very good. We were addressed by our names at all times by the dining staff, bartenders and the front desk personnel.
The view from anywhere on this property is spectacular. The different shades of blue in the ocean along with the reefs are beautiful.
Although there was construction on site, we were never disturbed by it. The crew was very quiet, as was the equipment they were using.
The island of Bermuda itself is always beautiful. With all the tourism there, they manage to keep it clean, and the natives are always happy to see you.
I cannot wait until my husband and I can return to The Reefs for a 5th stay. I am hoping it will be sooner than later.

The Reefs Hotel is a nice place to stay in Bermuda. There is a great private beach for the hotel. The food is absolutely wonderful... better than any restaurant out in town. There is very little to do at the hotel, other than sitting beachside. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The staff is top-notch!

Most people venture out for excursions and sightseeing, which we did, but it would have been nice to have some activities at the hotel itself. The Island of Bermuda is a pricey vacation that I don't think is worth the money. There are several other islands that are just as beautiful and don't cost as much.

This was our second stay at The Reefs and we enjoyed this stay as much as the first stay. The Reefs offers a consistent high level of service and the staff makes you feel welcome and valued. The accomodations and views are great. The food is terrific. The Reefs offer a dine-around option so that you can experience other hotels in the area and while we enjoyed seeing the other hotels, it confirmed our decision to stay at The Reefs. When we return to Bermuda, we will return to The Reefs.

“Best Place to vacation”

The Reefs

Restaurant on premises is excellent for all three meals per day. Two additional restaurants will be re-opening in July.

Beach is pristine, set up properly every day by the staff, and is maintained all day every day. Wonderful snorkeling available just off the beach a few hundred yards, or further out.

Rooms are extremely clean, each having a wionderful of the ocean.

Infinity pool is attractive to non-ocean people, along with the hot tub attached to it.

We have gone to The Reefs for six years now, this last one including our adult children. Upon checking out, we made our reservations for next year. The entire staff at The Reefs is dedicated to making everyone's vacation one to remember.

“We love The Reefs”

We arrived in Bermuda a few days before we were scheduled to go to The Reefs. We called the hotel to inquire about early check in and were assured our room was ready. When we arrived our luggage was taken directly to the room as we completed the check in.

The staff was very helpful and patient with questions people had.
They went out of their way to make sure our stay was a very good experience.

The food selections were amazing both in flavor but also in presentation. At the time we were there the 2 restaurants in the main building were closed due to the construction so all meals were served at Coconuts, which was fine with us as we really enjoy eating near the beach and to be able to enjoy the sun set is an additional benefit. The servers were very polite and did a great job as they were always very busy.

The beach is the best as it is protected and the snorkeling is pretty good right there. There is service on the beach for drinks and snacks as well as lunches. You do not even have to get off your lounge chair.

There is nothing better after a long hot day on the beach than to sit in the hot tub next to the infinity pool. If they served drinks to you while you are in the hot tub we might never have made it to dinner!

There was major construction going on but we were never bothered by it at all. It was interesting to watch the workmen from the beach and to watch the crane moving heavy things from one place to another.

We planned our trip in late May as the water is warmer and the house and garden tours are on. We have done the tours twice and thoroughly enjoyed it both times.

Bermuda is our favorite travel destination and we have been there several times. The Reefs is the only place we we are considered "Returnees" as we have stayed there several times. The Reefs is so comfortable, it is like going home!
