Nice place - but don’t spill anything!
I was very happy with the hotel until I checked out. They charged me $100 because I spilled a soft drink on the carpet near the bed. I can understand a cleaning charge - but $100? Come on.

Good Value
Nice Hotel for the price, the only complaint I have is no coffee maker in room and the internet service is a little slow. The location is good if you like a more peacefull setting compared to other Hotels in the Sukhumvit area but quite far from the main road if that is what you are looking for.

Great hotel and value
A great hotel and superb value for money. A long walk to the Skytrain or subway, but taxis are plentiful and inexpensive.

over rated
The room was noisy...could hear housekeeping talking outside and housekeeping moving furniture around next door. Tried to move to another room, but in those rooms, the sound of traffic could be heard. It was about a 5 minute walk to the skytrain, but due to construction debris around the area, I ended up catching a taxi. There is a tuk tuk avaiable to get to the skytrain which runs every 30 minutes..but then nothing scheduled to come back. We were given a plate of welcome fruit but were told they couldn’t give us a knife to peel the fruit per hotel policy. On the plus side, the breakfast buffet was lovely. There are so many hotels in Bangkok to chose from...I expected more from the ratings.

ONE OF THE BEST HOTEL
This is a very good hotel,it is a not big hotel,but it is very clean and comfortable.I like it,if I go to bangkok again, I ’ll stay there again.

Very Impressed!
Very clean facility with a helpful staff. Nicely located near Sky train. We spent a total of 9 nights over three different weeks so we could tell that the good ratings were consistant. We even were upgraded on our last stay.

Davis - Bangkok
Although the fare was extensive, there was but one restaurant. For the fitness buffs the fitness center could be just a bit bigger. Overall excellent value / price. I would stay again.

Good hotel average location
Nice hotel, very comfortable with overall good service. Check in a little slow. Location difficult though some distance from main attractions on Sukhumvit Road. I would probably not stay here again for that reason.

Better than expected!
Davis Bankok is a great place to stay! It`s location is very good, because it near almost everything. People in teh Hotel is very kind and cooperative. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. We stayed at the soth wing, wich is ne block away from the main building, and has only studio suites, very conforable by the way. I highly recommend you to sty here.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Bankok is a very nice city, with a lot of traffic and people. You should wake up very early to avoid traffic and to get on time to here you want to go. Hiring a Taxi for all day is not so expensive and they will help you a lot, becuase it is avery complex city
