The pillow cases were dirty, the bathtub I had to clean before we could use it. The second day after the maid service, they left dirty classes, and dirty cups. Don’t have a late check out. Would never stay here again

Disneyland Perfecto

Great place to stay! So close to the parks! We stayed in the new re-modeled conciere room and it was very nice. Our only complaint was that they were still cleaning our room sometimes at 3 or 4 in the afternoon. Pool was small but daughter 12 used it everyday. Great view of the fireworks and parks from the roof. We would stay there again!

Very clean modern hotel room. Very roomy for the price. 5 minute walk to Disneyland/California Adventure.Nice simple continental breakfast to start the day for no cost. They have fresh fruit at the lobby desk. Pool is small though.

Great location

this hotel is a very short walk to Disney & Downtown Disney, right across the street. The only problem we had was the air conditioning was very loud. They have a person working at their front desk that looks just like Snow White. Your kids will love it. The pool is fun but small with a great view of the park. We will stay here again.

Might return for the price and proximity to Disneyland.

The hotel rooms are more comfortable than first expected. The wood floors seemed a bit dirty though. My only concern was the pool, not very child friendly. goes from shallow to deep very quickly, also very small. Very close to the park entrance. Overall we had a good experience.

Close to Disneyland

The hotel is fine. Best feature is how close it is to Disneyland. It is less than a 10 minute walk from your hotel room to the Disneyland / California Adventures entrance

Overall its a nice clean hotel. However, the water is small and when the room next door turn its water, the hot water in our bathroom turns smaller. There’s not enough parking space inside the building. Also, this hotel comes with breakfast, but its pretty low quality and not alot of choices. They provide additional item for a fee.

Nice accomodations near Disneyland

Nice hotel near Disneyland. Some of the hotels that close to Disneyland can be cheaper feeling. My only complaint is their room key. They use an actual key like fob rather than the credit card type locks. I find this annoying when I’m on vacation because the cards can easily be put in my wallet. I don’t carry my keys around with me on vacation since they’re uselss and just take up space. The key fell out of my pocket once.

Convenient, close to Disneyland

The hotel was in a convenient location, close walk to Disneyland and other restaurants. We had a small room with 2 queen beds, and very little space in the bathroom area. The maid service was good, however they didn’t speak any English and didn’t leave bath towels daily. There were only 5 hangers in the closet, and I was not able to get any more from the hotel. I ended up going to Target to buy some hangers for my clothes. The mini refrigerator did not get very cold. I will go back to Carousel, however next time I will get a bedroom suite.

Reserve a suite, if you have a family. You’ll have more space in your room

Great location/comfortable beds

We stayed here for a week during our visit to Disneyland. The location was perfect-a short walk to the Main Gate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Only problems were odor in the room and television color was not able to be corrected but we were barely in the room so frankly didn’t even ask to have it fixed.

Don’t bother renting a car if you plan on visiting Disneyland and California Adventure parks. Parks and restaurants all within short walk.

Close to Disneyland but not the cleanest!

We liked the location- walking to Disneyland 3-4 times a day. Parking was easy and the staff were friendly. The bathrooms needed major work. They were full of mold and just looked dirty.

Not impressed

There was the convenience of a microwave and refrigerator (our first one didn’t work but was quickly replaced. The 2nd didn’t get really cold but worked okay). Conveniently located in walking distance to Disneyland. But, there is a daily charge for parking and clearly not enough parking spaces for both hotel guests and employees. The staff was friendly enough but we had to ask for fresh towels and soap after the first night. It’s not too big of a deal but coffee was not left in the room after the first night either. There was no business center and I was slightly surprised that to find a charge for internet access. Oh yeah, in addition to paying for parking, don’t forget about the resort fee (just a couple of bucks per day.)

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

If visiting Disneyland, it’s okay to bring in food and drinks. Or if staying close by, you can get your hand stamped, leave for lunch and a nap. Return later (with hand stamp and ticket) for more fun and the fireworks. If you lose your ticket, Customer Relations will print another one. You’ll have plenty of time, as the park does not close until midnight.

Next time I’ll spend a little more money & stay at a 4 star hotel.

Had to pay a fee to park in a very small parking lot. There were times I had to sit and wait for a parking space to open up. The bathroom light was out. The telephone did not work. The maintance man said it was charging up. Four days later the phone still didn’t work. The remote for the tv didn’t work. The batteries were dead. The Mircowave & coffee maker were very dirty unable to use it.

The hotel location was great! right across the street from Disneyland park, Target, Walmart,MacDonalds. That is the only plus I give hotel. The ad was mis-leading.

Great location

Right across from the entrance to Disney parks. The only thing I have to complain about is the air conditioner was so loud no one could sleep with it on so we tried to chill the room down while we went to dinner and then turned it off right before bed and did ok. Otherwise it was clean, quiet and convient.

Nice room with everything you need to enjoy your vacation - microwave, good size refrigerator, robes, slippers, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, lots of towels, extra pillows and blankets!! Great location - right across Disneyland, near restaurants and shops!! Friendly, knowledgeable,helpful staff!!

So close to Disneyland entrance

We stayed in the upgraded concierge room and it was nice for the price. The best part about the hotel is it’s proximity to Disneyland’s entrance.

Kids can get a lot of rides out of the way by going right when the park opens. At 11 am the lines started getting long.

Top Location for Disneyland

Modern and very comfortable rooms.Great service from the mainetenance crew for car parking and laundry services.

Clean and Convenient

This hotel was clean and a conveniet place to stay while visiting Disneyland. The staff was very friendly, and was on top of every request made. The pool was a little small, and the breakfast was unimpressive. The 3-bed "suite" could have used a table of some sort as I was traveling with kids. Overall, I would stay there again for the service and convenience.

Great location, across from Disneyland and California Adventure, but the rooms are small, older and expensive. For the price, probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Easy Acces to Disneyland

The hotel was right across the street from the entrance to Disney, the rooms were clean, and there is an IHOP near by. For the price this works for a family, but the pool as shown on the web site is really a little bitty thing with really a very obstructed view of Disney. If you just need a place to sleep then this place works, we walked into Disney every day, from our hotel door to the entrance to Disneyland was about 8 minutes. If you can ask for the rooms to the East or away from Disney so you don’t have any street noise.

Great Disney area hotel

This hotel was perfectly situated for taking my granddaughters to Disneyland. It is right across the street, neat and clean and close to reasonably priced resturants. We had two rooms for the 7 of us and the ability to watch the fireworks from the roofside pool area the day before was a special treat. The continental breakfast was nice and timely and allowed us to start our day with lots of energy.

By all means enjoy the rooftop patio and pool.

I would stay here again.

Although there was a checkin snafu, they made up for the problem with extra special service the rest of the stay.

Great Distance 2 Disneyland

The room seemed a little small but other than that it was really nice. Its proximity to Disneyland really came in handy when you are tired at the end of the day after enjoying "The Happiest Place on Earth!" They can add a little more to their continental breakfast and have free wireless internet. All in all a good hotel would stay there again.
