was wondering if anyone has done an egypt and dubai trip all in one shot before. I was wondering how you got from one to the other (bus or plane) and what you found to be the cheapest or easiest in terms of buying a package or doing it all on your own.

any input would be great

We too will be planning a trip from NYC to Dubai then to Cairo. In March 09. I sure wish someone would respond. When are you traveling? we will have 6 days in Dubai and 6 in Cairo.

Dubai is the middle east

Egypt is africa

so it would have to be by plane to both places, kayak.com is good at putting all destinations in and see the flight routes and airlines.

Id guess to make it a decent price you would need to use the same airline.

Cairo site has a lot of information for those travelling from the states etc, but it would be geared to egypt questions and travelling into egypt etc.

Egypt has sharm el sheikh etc which would be nice to combine with the beach , very well renowned marine life.

I am so sad that there are not many posts on this topic because, I wanted to surprise my wife with a Dubai/Egypt combo trip.

We would be flying from South Africa. Has anyone done Dubai and Egypt together?
