First of all just want to say a big thankyou to all the regular contributors on this forum - Mollydon, Latimer,Hughdxb - although I haven't contributed or asked much I feel that i have found out lots of info which will be useful on my forthcoming few days in Dubai.

We arrive on 29th July having spent 3 weeks in South Africa and will be staying in Dubai for 4 days before returning to the UK. I have already booked a private transfer with Viator and on reading some of their feedback sounds like their reps. also help in speeding up the immigration process - does anyone know if this is the case or should I also book the Marhaba services. I don't want to be stuck for hours in an immigration queue with a 10year old who won't have had much sleep.
