A local friend recommended Clafoutis to us and we discovered that it was just around the corner from our rental casita - and only a few blocks from old downtown Santa Fe. The crepes, breads and croissants were as if we were in Paris and the service was friendly and gracious. We will definitely return on the next trip to... more
Bonjour! This relatively new place in Santa Fe is a delight, apparently owned and run by a Frenchwoman. We can vouch for the crepes, the baked goods, the plate of meats and cheeses and breads; the quiches are very fluffy instead of dense, and the coffee is pretty good (it is hard to find strong coffee in Santa Fe restaurants!).... more
Nice French-inspired cafe serving breakfast and lunch. Large portions for the price. Real european-style butter for your croissant and baguette. I've had the onion soup and the fruit crepe...to die for. Awesome pastry case! Can be crowded and with limited parking, but the hearty, "Bonjour" upon your arrival and the sincere, "Auvoir" at your departure, make that inconveniece worth it! more
I frequently visit Santa Fe and am most excited to have discovered a new French cafe and bakery! It's open for breakfast and lunch Mon-Sat and was crowded every time I dined there no matter what the hour. The croissants are as good as any I've ever had in Paris and they are made by the chef/owner daily. The array... more
