went to Jeffreys for a lite supper for my birthday and sat at the bar. Very cosy atmosphere, excellent appetizers and cuisine. Wonderful wine selection. Zak the bartender gave us great service above and beyond. We were very impressed. It felt like going to a little getaway with lots of charm. We ate here on NY eve with a set menu-it was totally memorable because it was a total waste of cash. Very expensive, overrated, snobbish crowd, small area with tables too close together. Would totally pass on this one. I won't go back. more

Jeffrey's is without a doubt my favorite restaurant in Austin. The food is consistently great, the service outstanding...it's like dining with friends each and every time! more

Very good food on the expensive side. The quality of the food is quite high and does support the pricing. The oyster appetizer is awesome. more
