After passing the Catalina Country Club Restaurant so many times, I finally decided to stop in for lunch. Much to my surprise the food was excellent, the service very attentive and the menu reasonably priced (for Catalina). Well worth the 5 minute walk out of Avalon and probably my new favorite restaurant on the island. more

In one of the most beautiful settings, this is always a favorite for my wife and I. The bar is awesome, and brunch is not to be missed. Free shuttle for those who don't want to hike up. more

After reading the other reviews here my wife and I put the country club high on our list of a must eat place in Catalina. We arrived at the CC around 730PM on Tue the 8 of May 2007. My Husband and I ate here for lunch. It was delicious. He had the portabello mushroom with vegetables and I had the smoked salmon BLT. It was so fresh with a very nice combination or flavors.
