I've been there many times, at least once a month since 1999. I didn't really like the omakaze menu prepared by their old head chef, too much decoration and didn't really taste good. I've ordered two times and gave up, just ordered their a la carte but now with their new Executive Chef Anthony Park, i go there more often... more

The freshest fish i have ever experianced outside of Japan, the freshest oysters on the half shell other than France! I guess that is why they are so busy.
