The beach is absolutely excellent; yes, it is a little rocky for the first few feeet so take beach shoes. We didn't really use beach shoes after the first day. The beach is well maintained, clean, and there are plenty of chaises, beach towels are provided. Vendors are not permitted until maybe late in the day. The breakfasts are excellent... more

We stayed at the Amaryllis June 22, until June 28, it was our 10 year anniversary and they upgraded us to an ocean front room 218. After reading all the negative reviews we were concenered, however, none of them were true.
