Great value for money and a great location with a definite improvement in decor and customer service from our last visit 2 years ago. We stayed here. It was a good stay. The room had a refrigerator and great housekeeping. Remember you are going to Hawaii for something other than the room. The hotel was located next door to the International Market, that was nice. They have a nice pool and laundry room. There is a Chili's restaurant right across the street. more

The Miramar is the best value for your dollar. The location is great. Right outside is the international market place, a five minute walk to the beach, less than a block from the bus, and across the street is a grocery store. We plan to go back to Honolulu, and we'll definitely stay here again. This isn't a five star hotel, but we didn't want one anyway. All we needed was a place to fall down and sleep.
