We stayed at the ResortQuest Waikiki Beach Tower from Jun 29th - July 5th 2008 and had an amazing stay. Our room was on the 34th floor and had the most beautiful view of Waikiki Beach and Diamond Head. The entire Staff was very welcoming and friendly and made sure our stay was perfect. The bellhops and valets were phenomenal... more

ALOHA! I would like to say MAHALO to this guest for allowing us the opportunity of hosting them! While the views from our suites are breath-taking it's really our staff that makes staying at the Waikiki Beach Tower so special. Our valets who are our "ambassadors of aloha" do a wonderful job in making our guests feel right at home...

This hotel is truly the worst experience we've had on our trips to Hawaii. This hotel is rated highly but the rooms are dated, with many maintenance issues that are not fixed satisfactorily. Our room stayed in the mid-seventies although our thermostat was set on 65, so the extra money we paid for an ocean view was lost as we... more

Aloha, I would like to sincerely apologize to this guest for their experiences while staying in Waikiki. In reading through their comments however, I'm just wondering if this could be a situation of mistaken identity. The Waikiki Beach Tower is a luxury condominium that is 40 stories high and has spacious 2 bedroom suites and not hotel rooms. Although we...

We (myself, husband, and two boys aged 14 and 11) stayed 6 nights at the Resortquest Waikiki Beach Tower. We had a fabulous room on the 38th floor. It was spacious (I can’t imagine staying in a regular hotel room anymore) and totally remodeled with granite throughout (kitchen and bathrooms). The views of the beach and Diamond Head from our... more

ALOHA! We would like to thank this guest for staying with us and for their very positive comments! We are trying very hard to make our suites the "home away from home" that our guests have come to enjoy over the years and we're still working on them. We hope to have in the near future those "dream" beds that...

This was our 2nd and final stop from Maui to Oahu. Our first family vacation trip to Hawaii and so I wanted it to be real special. I did my research and read the reviews this property had. I am so happy to have chosen such magnificent place to stay. We couldn't have asked for more - we had a... more

We stayed here on the 2nd stop of our honeymoon. Hawaii is a place that I always wanted to go to and I was'nt disappointed. We stayed here for a week and we really liked the hotel. We got an honeymoon upgrade when we booked. And when we arrived we were upgraded to a room with a king sized bed.However... more

Aloha! We would like to thank this guest for staying at one of our many ResortQuest properties on Oahu and we sincerely hope that they allow us to host them once again in the future. In reviewing their comments it seems as though they may have stayed at another ResortQuest property as the Waikiki Beach Tower does not have a...

Our stay at the Resort Quest Beach Tower was very nice. I just love the Resort Quest properties and this one certainly did not disappoint. Our group of 4 stayed from May 16 - 21, 2008 in a 2B/2B condo. It was mostly updated and had a wonderfully large lanai to enjoy breakfast on each morning. We had a view... more

ALOHA! We are so glad this guest had a wonderful time with us as our staff really tries to make each and every guest stay the best it can be. I was disappointed to hear that there was some challenge with the ice maker in the suite however I'm glad that our staff was able to respond quickly. And we...

This was my 8th time staying at the Beach Tower and it continues to be my favorite place in the world! From the bell men, to the front desk, to the maids, to the security, to the repairmen, the Beach Tower is top notch. Everyone is so kind and willing to help, plus the rooms are extraordinary. I can't wait... more

ALOHA! We're so glad that "gabecagwin" had a wonderful time on this their 8th visit to our property. Many of our first time guests do become repeat guests and it's always wonderful to welcome them back to our property. The staff loves seeing them return and friendships really do blossom! And as for "I can't wait for next year!!!", we...

The is a marvelous place to enjoy Waikiki and Oahu. the staff are exceptional. I have been coming back to the Beachtower for more than 20 years and many of the staff have remained all of these years. It is like having a marvelous home in paradise. I could never stay in a single hotel room after experiencing the Beachtower.... more

ALOHA! We're so glad our return guest and his family of 20 years really enjoyed themselves! I was on a walk-through this morning and the views that were described of Waikiki Beach were exactly that...crystal clear water, families enjoying themselves in the early morning sun and for those lucky enough to surf, enjoying the 1-2 foot face waves. Many of...

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. We especially enjoyed the breakfast at the beach concept and took our breakfast with us on many trips away from the beach. We stayed 8 nights located on the 24th floor. Rooms were fantastic with full kitchen with dishwasher & fridge with Ice dispencer. There was a sliding door onto the balcony from the kitchen - perfect for serving morning breakfast. The balcony was big and overlooked the beach. We had a 2 bathroom 2 bedroom suite. Heaps of storage area for... more
