We arrived after a long day of traveling and were delighted at the accommodations. The property has a real intimate atmosphere. Stay somewhere else, if you want real Southwestern decor. This property is a little run down and overpriced,even for Santa Fe. I felt like we were staying in a "casita trailer". The pictures on the website are not what you get. At close to $300.00 a night, it is very close to being a rip-off. more

Part of the reason I booked at Las Palomas, was the beautiful Southwestern motif of the room on the website.....unfortunately, our room was nothing like that....while the king bed was the best, the overall condition of the room was kind of "garage sale". COCKROACHES!!! They front desk didn't seem to think it was a problem. They told me they come out when it rains. Beautifully finished rooms, we never felt we were in a hotel but staying in someone's tasteful apartment.
