Just returned from a 7 night stay at the Four Seasons Wailea. Absolutely incredible. Service was fantastic from housekeeping, to valet staff, to food service, to beach/pool staff, everyone was friendly and offered service with a smile on their face. We had an oceanfront suite that was huge. It had an extremely large "L" shaped lanai. One side looked straight... more

We spent a week in Maui splitting our time between the Ritz and the Four Seasons. This was our first experience with the Four Seaons. We loved our stay at the Ritz. For sheer beauty of the hotel and it's surroundings, you can't beat the Ritz. They had the advantage of building the hotel on large piece of land so... more

My wife and I went to the four seasons maui for our honeymoon. We have stayed at several other four seasons hotel's and I must say that the service specifically at this hotel is above all that we have experienced. Everything from our arrival, to our room which was a prime ocean view room on the club level(not worth the... more

After a 10 year hiatus, my return to the FS Wailea was long overdue. It was an absolute pleasure to arrive at this beautiful property after the long journey from New York. The entire property is immaculate, and very well maintained. It looks as great as I left it in 1998. A testament to the FS Mgt., and their staff.... more

I have stayed at most Four Seasons' resorts in the US and some abroad. I expected a comparable level of service at this hotel in Wailea, Maui because it bears the Four Seasons' name. I was sadly mistaken! I reserved a "Club Level" room which I believed to be a significant step up from the luxury suite that was featured... more

We had our reception at the 4 Seasons and would have had our ceremony there as well, but we had to use the chapel at the Grand Wailea next door. The service was excellent and with our short notice, they were able to pull off a brunch reception at the OCEAN Front Lawn. Maui is definitely commercialized so if it's... more

My wife and I stayed at the Four Seasons for the last 2 nights for our honeymoon in the beginning of June. Our room was not ready until 3:15 when check-in was 3pm, but that was not too big of a deal except when you see everyone else checking in and going to their rooms. The room itself was great,... more

This is absolutely the most amazingly perfect place on Earth. My husband and I went several years ago for our honeymoon. I stumbled across the reviews while planning another trip and felt compelled to write a little as the pictures brought back so many perfect memories. Obviously, The Four Seasons is still as wonderful as it was while we were... more

My husband and I spent the week of May 29 - June 5th at this gorgeous resort. I had read mixed reviews in the past, but found our experience to be beyond compare! We were greeted with leis, ice cold beverages and chilled lavendar scented towels. We did not receive an upgrade from our oceanview room, but were offered a... more

My wife and just returned from 8 amazing nights at the Four Seasons in Maui at Wailea. I do not have too much to add here other than that everything wonderful you have ever heard about this resort doesn't give it enough justice. From the bellhop boys to the the waiters/waitresses, to the help by the pool everyone was gracious,... more
