pluses...onsite parking free, quiet, close to French Quarter, security, friendly, neat old cat, good air conditioning, clean place. minuses...lacks hot breakfast...you get a nice warm cresant, a few pieces of sliced fruit and good coffee, small rooms, no frigerater in room, expect to do a lot of walking to all the sites away from French Quarter.
