Cannot fault anything about this hotel. Perfect location opposite central park. Walking distance to the theatre and 5th ave. We were upgraded to a larger room without even asking. I had a lovely stay here at this hotel. Easy check in, kind staff. Beautiful room as well. room was a bit small, but most are in nyc. It was nice and tastfully decorated. It was also very very quiet.
