well this was our first stop on a round the world trip....and i was not disappointed ! the hotel is in a good location, just down from pier 39......perfect shopping for tourists ! the rooms were fine, service excellent and would stay again ....dont bother staying downtown , take a cab there and stay here on the waterfront ! more

I went on a Girlfriend Getaway in March 2008 (sorry this review is a little late) but it was excellent. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. I loved the pillows! We arrived quite late on a Thursday night and there was no one to greet us at the door or help us with our bags. This was a little unusual for a Hilton, even at that hour. My dad and I stayed here for four nights in June. From the airport it's about a 45 ride on a shuttle bus for around $17.00 a person. The hotel does not have it's own airport shuttle. The room was typical of a Hilton. Two double beds, work desk and comfortable sitting chair in the room. No wet bar though.... more
