The Gaylord Opryland hotel is beautiful, but the rates are horrific, so unless you just have money to burn, you'll stay in one of the more reasonable alternatives that are close by. We stayed in the Best Western based upon the generally favorable reviews. The front desk staff was polite with a lot of very helpful advice as far as... more

They must have just remodeled, everything is very nice and clean. Mini-suite had a mini-fridge, microwave and bar sink as well as a sitting area with couch and coffee table. Shower was nice and had good water pressure. Morning breakfast had waffles, hard boiled eggs, bagels, juice, coffee, etc. Very impressed for the price. more

Stayed four nights at this BW, to avoid the ridiculous fees and add-ons levied by the Opryland Hotel, where my conference was actually held. Booked my room through the BW website, at the "government rate", for which I qualify. What was unusual was that this rate tended to vary rather considerably from day-to-day, and changed as time passed. I checked... more

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night because Nashville was a good stopping point while driving from Texas to Ohio, and there was a great line-up at the Grand Ole Opry. We chose this hotel because it was relatively inexpensive and was one of the few hotels that still had rooms available...the CMA festival was going on that... more

Like with everyone else's reviews, it is a nice and quiet place to stay at! There is one tiny problem with room 214, (The one we stayed at for my conference) the room has a mystery door to it, "Where did it lead you too?" Well on Wednesday my husband found out! With our "Do Not Disturb" sign hung on... more

Most of the reviews I had read about this hotel were very positive, and my experience was very positive as well. Also, I found that booking directly on the Best Western web site produced the best rate. The place was very clean and well decorated. The room, although not a true suite, was large and furnished with a fridge and... more

We stayed there for 3 nights for a spring break getaway. The price was very reasonable (we booked on the hotel website directly and paid an average of $80 a night). The room was very nice and the bed comfortable. The pillows were soft and the comforter nice and fluffy. We did have some problems with the wireless internet but... more

In Nashville for a business conference at the Opryland Convention Center w/ several of my personnel (I have a small business). I decided I didn't want to pay $239/night per room for a 3-star rating at the Opryland hotel so I reserved everyone a room at BW Suites just down the street (which also has a 3 star rating). The... more

My wife had a professional meeting at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and we wanted a more affordable place to stay that was close. We stayed there for three nights at about the same cost as one night at the Gaylord Opryland. The Best Western is a 15-20 minute walk away (I made it in 15). We didn't use it but... more

Friend and I recently spent three nights at the BW Suites at Opryland. We visit Nashville a few times per year, and this, so far, is the best place we've stayed. The word "suites" is a bit mis-leading. It's actually just an extra long room, with a little sofa, table, desk in one end, divided by a partial wall. Still,... more
