My husband and I have stayed here many times over the 4 years our son has been in college at Cornell. The rooms, baths and main areas are clean, warm and provide that charming atmosphere one may expect w/ a B&B, lots of antiques, quilts, fresh flowers, even a written history of the historic house. Paid $120 for Aunt Leah's room, which was very clean and spacious with private bathroom. Becky, the innkeeper is very nice and informative and makes a great breakfast.
