We booked our vacation with Southwest Airlines, we looked at the reviews, the hotel seemed ok. It is centralised on the strip but the service is the worst I ever had. We had to wait 30 minutes at check in to hear they did not have a non smoking room. After arguing we finally had a NON smoking room, a... more

We travel to Vegas for business several times a year and have stayed at a variety of hotels on the Strip. We haven't stayed at the Mirage for quite some time. Since our conference was nearby, we decided to give the Mirage a try. What a great surprise. When we arrived at 10 AM (well before check-in), we had a... more

Stayed here one night on business. I got one of the old rooms. Make sure you ask for the nice renovated rooms, they look awesome. My old room was ok, nothing great. It is time for renovations which they are doing now. I had the top floor with a great view of the strip. Loved the grounds of the hotel... more

I had read and heard about the wonderful Mirage pool and we were traveling with my 13 year old daughter so it sounded like a great option. The pool was nice as was the Secret Garden, but boy-oh-boy were we disappointed in our hotel room. It took them 45 minutes to deliver our bags on a nice hot day when... more

I like the Mirage better this time than my last stay. The rooms are all done in a much more modern style and the beds were awesome. The casino is all redone in a more sopisticated look as well and gone is the tacky tropical decor. They charge for internet, use of the computers in their business office and printing... more

Stayed in May this year for 5 nights as a birthday treat. Requested a new room and got one. The rooms are fantastic even though you are not guaranteed a great view. The rooms are spacious, modern and the beds are extremely comfortble, the only moan is the ipod player could be better but that is being fussy. The hotel... more

After reading a dozen or so reviews here, we decided to go ahead and give the Mirage a try June 12-16 over Father's Day weekend this year (having stayed there before years ago and having stayed in most of the other luxury hotels on the strip on several trips over the past 20 years as Vegas as grown up) and... more

For many years the Mirage was one of our favorite hotels in Las Vegas and it has generally been my first choice overall. Those days are gone. For the past 2-3 yrs. or so it has been undergoing renovation in various areas everytime we've been there - sometimes quite noisy and making common areas seem cramped, but that's necessary at... more

A crass and vulgar booze cruise experience. This hotel smells like smoke in all the public spaces as well in the two rooms we were offered (one room being strictly no smoking). The noise from the hallway and from the frat boy party in the next room kept us from sleeping more than 2 hours at a time. Service at... more

It charges you addiional fee if you want to get on the internet. The lobby is huge, and there are lots of gambling machines around. It requires you to show your room key before you get into the elevator, which guarantee the safety of their guests. more
