We had 2 nights here during our 16 day holiday. Was concerned after reading some reviews, but the room was such a good price we took the risk. Hotel offered free self parking. Check in was prompt and efficient. Room spacious, nice decor, good condition located in Empire block. Dissappointed with lobby, no 'wow' factor, was expecting more, but not... more

We had booked our long awaited vacation and where excited once again about visiting Vegas. We have been going there for 15 years sometimes twice a year just for fun. The hotels we like to Patronize are MGM, New York, New York, Paris...which are all sister properties. You can use your players card and get points at all of their... more

My husband and I went to Las Vegas for my brothers wedding. We all stayed at this casino and had a wonderful time. All the staff were very nice and helpful. The only downfall was the cocktail service was very poor while playing the machines. Very rarely did a waitress come by to offer a drink. We are planning another... more

We stayed at the NYNY in April 2008, as a couple, based on reviews on this site and the look of the hotel. It was our first visit to Vegas and needless to say we weren't disappointed by it either. Cab from the airport was about $15 I think and less than ten minutes. Check in was superb, no-one in... more

We were not that impressed with this hotel. Our first experience was ringing prior to our arrival just to get an idea of the cost of a taxi from the Las Vegas airport. The surly receptionist refused to even give her best guess! "i dont know" was the best she could offer - unbelievable I thought. The greeting at reception... more

I hate Las Vegas. However, I had to stay there and New York, New York was the most acceptable to me. It is in a good location...across the street from the MGM Grand, the Tropicana, the Excaliber, and a little away from the heart of the strip. The room was great. However, the pool area is congested during the day...I... more

First time to Vegas. We had a Broadway Deluxe Premium room overlooking the strip. The room was huge! It was also very clean, which is most important to me when staying in a hotel. My family loved the whole atmosphere. My boys had a great time! We purchased the Scream pass(for the rollercoaster), it was open from 10:00 A.M. -... more

It was our first time in Vegas and we were from England. We chose NY NY because of the balance of price and reviews on Trip Advisor. It was a good choice. We stayed for three nights in the last week of June 2008, in a Park Avenue upgrade at $89.95 a night. Here's a quick summary :- Plus points... more

We stayed for two nights for my husbands 50th birthday. Had a great time. The room was large and clean. We stayed on the 16th floor in the New York Tower. We really enjoyed the irish pub and the steak house. more
