First review ever...........This trip was a honeymoon and birthday trip all rolled into one. So obviously, I wanted everthing to go perfect. And guess what......6 DAYS and NIGHTS of HEAVEN ON EARTH. PALACE TOWER: We booked the Palace Tower directly with the hotel. Upon arrival we were upgraded, WITHOUT ASKING and without mentioning the honeymoon or birthday to a Palace... more

My husband and I visited Caesars Palace for the fourth year in a row and will not be returning. The first year it was very nice. I love the ambiance and the actual physical appeal of the property. I also love the location...very close to everything. However, once you check in, the service ends...literally. The second year we went back... more

Stayed at Caesars Palace from June 23rd-27th 2008. Arrived at Hotel at around 1:30pm. Check in, took too long because of long lineup. Inside of Hotel is very nice, over the top decorations. Was checked into Roman tower Room with 1 King Size bed. Room was not renovated, the only thing that looked updated was bed covering. Room was quite... more

Stayed at the Hilton Vacations suites before when visited Las Vegas, but wanted to treat ourselves for a few nights at ceasars!!!! It was shocking and would prefer the vacation suites anytme. We was given a room on the 9th floor in the Roman Tower- nicely overlooking another building so the room has no natural light- the other light bulbs... more

I've stayed at teh Ceasars before and have really loved it in the past. This time I booked this hotel for my sister's 40th Birthday. We were told we could have both an early check-in and late check-out. Niether one was granted upon arrival. The woman directing traffic when we first arrived was extremely rude and unhelpful! Our room was... more

Caesars Palace was certainly a palace alright. The only thing this hotel needs is an internal transportation system to get you from on end of the property to the other. Sheesh from the Forum shops to the Augustus Tower where I stayed it had to be a 15 minute walk, not including detours when you got lost. The room itself... more

I just got back from 4 days at Caesars and have to say, while some things were a bit sketchy, the overall experience was pretty great. Check-in was quick. We got upgraded to a suite for no added cost. The room was amazing. Great view of the pools, super comfy beds and two bathrooms with a walk-through shower and jacuzzi... more

My husband and I go to Vegas a couple of times each year and we've stayed at pretty much all the large casino hotels. After staying at Caesars a couple of years ago and being placed in a terrible smoky and old room in the Forum Tower we swore we will never come back. However, my company's annual conference this... more

We booked a room in the Augustus Tower, but it was not available. We were told the rooms in the Palace Tower were the same, they are not. Service was bad. Only 2 bath towels in the room... you cannot take a shower before you go out at night and another in the morning unless you re-use your towel. Room... more
