My 12-year-old son and I arrived at the Desert Rose on Friday, June 11th, 2008, for an 8-night stay. I’d checked out the property on a previous trip to Las Vegas, and I’d red numerous Tripadvisor reviews, so I felt good about our choice. My son was attending a week-long event at the Mirage, but their rooms are too expensive... more

Absolutely Fabulous. You know that saying, “you get what you pay for”, well not true in this case. The price we paid for the room was VERY reasonable. For what you get, really no where on the strip will you find a room like at the Desert Rose. The bed is very comfy and I find myself really looking forward... more

Really enjoyed my stay at Desert Rose. I've been going to Vegas on business for years and am over the "scene." This non-casino hotel is excellently located to get around the strip but very quiet and peaceful place to stay. For the price the facilities are excellent - Suites with very useable kitchens and the common areas are pretty nice... more

As many have written, I wasnt sure what to expect. We were getting a great deal via Shell Vacations. I based my final decison to stay here on many of the reviews I read in tripadvisor. Overall our experience was good. We would stay here again without question. It is a very modest place to stay but is great option... more

Hurrah for a clean, well located and nice hotel in Las Vegas! No blinking chirping machines, no come ons, no bothersome offers. We were so impressed with the quiet and reserved aspect of our stay at the Desert Rose Resort in Las Vegas - I will never use another hotel in LV. Friendly staff, clean rooms, a nice pool plus... more

Las Vegas ---Nevada-----Desert Rose Resort---July 2008 If Marco Polo in the pool is your thing with the kids then a stay at the Desert Rose in Las Vegas is ideal for you and the family and many kids. The pool was a "must-go" for all the kids at the hotel. The kids loved being at the pool till it closed... more

We recently stayed 3 nights the Desert Rose in a 2 bedroom unit. Good amount of space and the rooms were very clean. Nicely equipt kitchen. Location is in short walking distance to the strip and the monorail. The Continental Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were quiet. I recommend the Desert Rose for anyone... more

This hotel offered a great place to stay that was relaxing and quiet. It does not provide the casinos and lounges that the larger hotels provide but it is very close to those hotels if you should choose to do that. We had a large suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and it had a full kitchen. We definitely... more

Stayed for 3 nights with 3 buddy's on a weekend poker trip. We had room in the 2 BR suite for all of us and it was clean and quiet off the strip. We booked the early bird summer special so the price was right! The breakfast was good, pool area nice and the happy hours were ok. Would certainly... more
