We were shocked when we entered for a number of reasons, the smokey smell is just horrible and the reception area is pretty well amongst the casino floor. The room itself although non smoking stunk. 20 years or so of stale cigarette smells. The room was quite big, the bathroom was filthy, hair everywhere.Obviously the cleaners just dont care. But... more

After reading all the negative reviews, as everyone else has mentioned, I was leary and very worried about staying there. I usually stay at the Flamingo but I got an excellent deal at Imperial and decided to give it a try. I was the only one at the check in line (6:00 p.m) and the reservationist was very, very nice.... more

A good hotel in a great location not as plush as the other hotels in Las Vegas but can not fault the service that the staff provide at this hotel. The atmosphere is lively due to the dealer impersonators which are good fun. Would definitely recommend this hotel to those of you who want to be in the centre of... more

Pro's-Good location on the strip. Low cost for rooms. Monorail station in back. Con's-VERY old hotel. Rooms musty and old. Hotel Rooms comparable to an old motel 6. Tips: If your a young person and don't intend on staying in your room much, I suppose its okay for the price but stay in the UPGRADED room its only 10-20 dollars... more

We were staying downtown and just was not having an enjoyable time, the room we had the ambiance was not doing it...so for the last night we booked IP for 50.00 Plus tax..we thought it was a good location and we KNEW it didn't have the greatest rep on the strip but once I got there I was mad I... more

This hotel is by far the shabbyist on The Strip. It is in bad need of a face lift. The rooms are very basic but at least they are clean and the sheets are changed daily. When we checked in we were told they had no non-smoking rooms left and that the room would be noisy as there would be... more

Was not looking forward to coming here after reading the reviews. We took the bell shuttle from the airport ( if you want a ride that will pick you up at the end of your stay..on time... choose another shuttle). Got to the motel at 1 pm and a line up to check in ahead of us, but when it... more

Mom received some coupons for some cheap rooms here. We arrived about 11:30pm, tired. The man at check in was a bit rude to my mom. We ended up with a room in which we had to go up one floor, then down a hall to some other elevators. Well, we could not find the elevators. A very very nice... more

After reading several reviews online, I have to admit I was nervous about the hotel. Upon arrival, check in went pretty quickly. (Avoid checking in on Friday night if you can... that line was pretty long, but it is going to be that way for any casino at a prime time.) We stayed in a deluxe room, which was perfect... more
