Fantastic property on the quiet north shore of Lake Tahoe. A few noteworthy things to mention that haven't come up in previous reviews: -Weather can be fickle. We had snow on Memorial Day weekend! The property is absolutely beautiful, particularly going on the crosswalk to their private beach and walking to their floating pier. Stayed here for two days at the end of December. Very nice accommodations with solid service. Heated outdoor pool is excellent, particularly after a day on the slopes. While the hotel was fine, we made the mistake of renting skis/ snow board from the hotel's independently owned on-site ski rental service. We were overcharged for poor equipment. Get skis elsewhere. more
