This holiday Inn is situated amidst a cluster of inns and motels, so it is a cut above the neighbouring hotels. Free parking and clean rooms help and there is a restaurant on premise. The hotel is within driving distance of Annapolis and Baltimore. On the plus side, the hotel manager is cute. On the minus side it is a... more

There's not a whole lot of places to stay in this area, so I guess this isn't too bad. However, the cable channel selection is very limited, there's no free breakfast, and on my visits about half the equipment in the workout room has been broken. On the up side, it's clean, secure, and reasonably well appointed. Frankly, I quit... more

Stayed here during the Capital Jazz Fest and avoided the crowds (and the price) of the "official" jazz hotel. While it is a little further away from Merriweather pavilion, it is still very convenient to all the suburban chain stores and restaurants. Plus, it has a quiet, cool bar with a friendly bartender and a restaurant on-site if you want... more

The roads in Columbia Maryland change names every few miles, which made finding this hotel a challenge. There were brightly lit parking spaces available despite arriving late in the evening and there being no vacancies. The room was big, "bare feet" clean, and comfortable. Everything in the room worked well and there were no funny noises, a pet peeve of... more

I stayed at this place the week of July 23, 2007. The employees are friendly and service minded, the room was clean and the bed and pillows fantastic. I ordered room service and although the food scored a 7 out of 10 the service was wonderful. Timely delivery of my food and they always followed up with a phone call... more

I stayed here in September 2006. My friends and I were in town for the Baltimore Orioles games. This hotel was only 12 miles from the stadium. The price was great compared to the prices in the city. The hotel was super clean, and the staff super nice! My only complaint was the coffee at the restuarant was not good,... more

We stayed here on August 5th,because we wen to Camden Yards to see theYankees, and all the hotels in the Inner Harbor area were booked. I didnt realize there was some convention going on at that time-some Asian comicbook, Yu-Ghi-O thing, plus with the Yankees in town, the Inner Harbor was mobbed. It got the best reviews of the hotels... more

Have stayed at this Hotel twice and both times have been treated as a cherished guest and Friend. Their restaurant has plenty of selection for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. The rooms are spacious and the Wireless Internet Access works very well. Good place to stay if you have business in the Columbia, Jessup or Baltimore area. Close to other Restaurants... more

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Columbia and had a great experience. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I'm from Columbia and didn't require directions, but I did overhear the front desk explaining the area to other guests. The lobby is small, but well furnished and quiet. The elevators and hallways are clean and very modern. Upon... more
