Manitou Springs is a great little Eclectic town and this hotel sits right on the main drag. All attractions and shopping are very nearby. The rooms are large and comfortable, but without a mini fridge or microwave which would have made a big improvement to our stay. This is a good motel if you are not riding a motorcycle. The parking lot is a bit itimidating. Entry and exits can be a scary event. If you are in an auto by all means stay at the eagle. However if you are on a bike, find a motel with a more level parking and not such a trecherous... more

The hotel and room were very clean. Bed was comfortable. The owner was very accomodating since we arrived late and left the room open for us. The hotel backs up to a apartment complex, but was not an issue. The continental breakfast was horrible, as far as continentals are concerned. A few bagels and powered donuts cut in half. One... more
