“Not worth the money”

The reason the Hillview country Inn is always available for last minute bookings is because it is not a nice B and B. Yes, the hosts really were very nice and helpful, but the hotel itself is in a major state of chaos and disrepair. Clutter is the central theme, including old dirty stuffed animals on the bed as "decor".... more

We spent two nights at the Hillview Country Inn in Napa. The rooms were clean but there was a large amount of clutter everywhere. Calling the grounds 'beautifully manicured' was a stretch. We found both the 100 year old house and grounds in need of a great deal of work - both cleaning and upgrading. Susie and Al were friendly... more

We stayed at the Hillview Country Inn in August of 2007 for 2 nights. We had made our Napa travel plans late and the Hillview was one of a few B&B's that had a room available. My husband and I stayed at The Hillview Country Inn, in Napa, and had a thoroughly lovely time. The hosts, Suzie and husband, were gracious and very helpful with planning, and restaurant suggestions and reservations.
