We just returned from a wonderful week in Napa Valley at Riverpoint. While they were trailers, they were very comfortable and had great amentites. We enjoyed sitting on the deck at night with a bottle of wine overlooking the river, watching people walk by with their dogs on the trail. My Dad ran on the trail every morning and loved... more

We enjoyed our stay at River Pointe, arranged through a time share exchange with Interval International. It is an excellent location to explore the wine country or to take day trips into San Francisco, Sacramento, or along the coast. Our unit was small, but comfortable and charming. Staff members are friendly and helpful, as were the other guests we met.... more

Let me first say that my wife and I love the Napa/Sonoma area so all the comments here reflect our passion for the area. We take about 5 weeks a year visiting resorts all over the world through timeshare exchanges. We also love to stay at fine hotels BUT when it comes to timeshares in Napa, you have your choice... more

My husband and I spent a week at the Riverpointe Napa Valley resort. We traded our timeshare week through Interval International. I had read some unpleasant reviews, but we really wanted to go to Napa, so we took our chance. We loved it. I mean it's not the Villagio Spa in Yountville--but it was clean and nice and more than... more

Great time! yes, yes, we too thought wow! it's a trailor? (we frequent luxury hotels often- but pay much more$$) Once you get past the outside features... it is super clean, homey, comfortable, VERY close to everything!! Everyone was VERY friendly- employees and guests. We felt like they totally took care of us and wrote out special itineraries to meet our... more

We atayed at River point for a week in May on a timeshare trade. We knew they were trailors but went for the locations. Unfortunately if you are there during a hear wave, which we were, the air conditioning units are very loud. The washers and dryers are in an outdoor shed, and very hot. The staff was very helpful.... more

My husband, daughter and I visited River Pointe for the weekend. Upon arrival we discovered that the plush accommodations, were 'trailers" "mobile homes" The staff was rude not accommodating at all. Questions we asked we were never given the correct information and the staff, seemed bothered by our questions. i.e. where is a good place to eat, shop etc....The first... more

We were disappointed with our stay at River Pointe. The first reaction was, "I didn't know it was a trailor." It is not a 5 star accomodation nor is the surrounding area it is located in. There was no skirt around the trailor, which left the wheels and sewage pipe etc. exposed. Rather unattractive. The trailors in the front entrance... more

I liked the location of the Riverpointe in Napa Valley. It is right by the river and quite enjoyable stay. I had read the Trip Advisor reviews in advance of others who had stayed there and it immediately helped us to have a great time. We loved the "very very upscale travel trailer home" experience. The decor was lovely; the... more

Wanting to stay in Napa for a week, we traded our timeshare for the RiverPointe Napa Valley (which also is a hotel). Like most places in wine country, the location was fine as long as you have a car. But it is just a short distance to the Silverarado Trail as well as close to the town of Napa. Upon... more
