These guys have it just right ! Great attention to detail, quality decoration and fittings, a comfy bed in a spacious room with a huge bathroom, there really is not much else you could need. Except of course for Mike's freshly cooked breakfast which was a delight. They even have parking - in Padstow! and are only three minutes walk... more

We would echo what everyone else has said, a beautiful place and lovely people. Gorgeous room, lovely big bathroom, nice breakfast sitting out in the garden overlooking the sea - what more could you ask for? We only stayed one evening but had a lovely meal in a restaurant thoughtfully booked for us by Mike. The town is within easy... more

We join in the general praise of this beautiful gem of a b&b. It was a surprise few days for my husband's 60th birthday plus our 2 friends in the same position. Couldn't have been better - they were very impressed with our find! Mike and Mary are perfect hosts - by the time we left we felt we should... more

As with anything that is rated so high you know that there is always a chance that you will be let down as your expectations are unrealistic, however not in this case. The Choswarth really is worth all the praise that is heaped upon it. The room, Brunyee, was absolutely wonderful and the bathroom was fantastic. The room was immaculate,... more

Despite untypical Padstow weather(for us) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mary and Mike's little gem of a Band B.We discovered Coswarth House through Trip Advisor and it fully lived up to all the favourable comments which attracted us to the House. Good luck to Mary and Mike and their forthcming events and thanks again. Steph and Dennis more

Stayed for 2 nights. Lovely spacious room and private bathroom. Great attention to detail which makes them stand out from the rest. Breakfast is either in your room or on the terrace. We can recommend both. more

I highly recommend Coswarth House, It is the best B&B / Guesthouse we have stayed in since visiting Welgelegan Guesthouse, Cape Town. Mike and Mary's outstanding attention to detail is to be commended. The bedroom (Garden) was both spacious & comfortable, the bathroom a delightfully bright room with excellent shower and a fab bath overlooking the estuary. Breakfast is served... more

What a lovely BB. Our room was the corner room with view over the estuary. The bed was very comfy and large, excellent choice of breakfast which was served in our room (weather permitting can eat outside) Mike and Mary were very hospitable and Mike's cake was delicious. I have already recommended Coswarth House to my friends. Krystyna and Kelvin more

Just spent three nights at Coswarth House booked for us by our children to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. This is nothing like any B & B we have ever stayed in. Mike and Mary are the perfect hosts, they have thought of everything. The rooms, bathroom, breakfast - just amazing - we loved it and did not want to... more

Having seen that Coswarth house was highly rated by previous visitors, we decided to give it a go. It's quite a while since we stayed in a guest house and had memories of candlewick bedspreads and fierce landladies, but this was very far removed from all that! Our room was very spacious and tastefully furnished; the bed was comfy but... more

We'd like to thank our guests for taking the time to write their positive review and we are delighted that they enjoyed their time with us. Without wanting to seem ungrateful we didn't feel that describing our location as being in a housing estate really conveyed the correct image of our location. We live a couple of minutes walk from...
