Bottom line: (1) noisy at night both at front of hotel (road noise) and back of hotel (pulsing noisy air handler); (2) gave another guest access to my room and luggage; (3) broke promise to let me have an open-ended stay at a discount rate; and (4) General Manager refused my polite request to see me to discuss my concerns.... more
