Miyazato was the perfect B&.B . Located only 5 minutes walk from El Calafate, it is on a quiet street in a very central location. The B&B is very highly maintained by Jorge and Elizabeth. The whole house is immaculate, the bedrooms and beds are very comfortable and spotless. The customer service that Jorge and Elizabeth provide is of a... more

I stayed here for several nights in January 2008. Jorge and Elisabeth were very gracious hosts. They welcomed me with cake and tea and helped me to make plans during me stay. The breakfast was very good, and the atmosphere inviting. The rooms were nice and the location was very good - close to town, but in a quiet area.... more

My wife found this gem of a place on TripAdvisor. I was a bit skeptical before we arrived but after a few minutes at the Inn we were made very welcome. This is a homely place, B&B rather than a hotel. A short walk into town was pleasant. Simple rooms but clean and nice - though we spent very little... more

Although my trip in El Calafate was short (2 days), Jorge simply helped me in many occasions... Just to have an idea: - he bought me the tickets to the Minitrekking tour for the following day, as I would arrive later in the night - he gave me directions on where I could have rent clothes for the tours -... more

Not sure why this is listed under hotels, as it is most definitely a B&B, in owner's home on a quiet, gravel street a 10-15 minute walk from El Calafate's main street (which is lined with pricey restaurants and shops). When I arrived from the airport by taxi, I was chagrined to see a "closed" sign on the door, as... more

We loved our stay here. Elizabeth's freshly baked cake is delicious! The owners helped us to organise car hire and did a ring around of all the car hire agencies in town, they also purchased bus tickets on our behalf because we had to catch an early morning bus. Rooms are very comfortble. Clean, bright and well maintained. Breakfast was... more

We stayed at the Mizayato Inn for 2 nights. Our room was spacious, very clean and the bed really comfortable. It has the feeling of a bed and breakfest and the hosts Jorje and Elisabeth are very nice and helpful. One of the nice things about about it is that it is fairly close to the main downtown area in... more

A delightful little hotel. We came here on our honeymoon and had a wonderful experience. The hosts, Jorge and Elizabeth, were charming and friendly. They gave a very personal service without being intrusive, making us cups of tea, lending us waterproof trousers, and giving excellent suggestions for dining in the town. The rooms were clean and attractively furnished, and the... more

My husband, daughter and I stayed at the Miyazato Inn in March this year for three nights and had a wonderful stay. Jorge and Elizabeth were so friendly and welcoming that every day when we returned from our trips it felt like coming home. They were chatty, provided tea and delicious cake and had lots of information on trips. Although,... more

Miyazato Inn is located several minute-walk from the town center--quite convenient but you can also enjoy quiet and private feeling. There are only five rooms, so you will get a good hospitality by Mr and Mrs Miyazato who speak Spanish, English and Japanese. They will help you book tours and other arrangement you wish. The rooms are very clean with... more
