Wow! The first thing you notice is the view when you are checking in -! The staff here were fantatsic friendly helpful and so nice! Yes the hotel is very expensive, but we wanted location location location and we got it...! It was a special treat for us -and we loved every minute....! Yes the hotel, is a Sheraton and... more

Booked on the telephone and due to this experienced a number of problems as the member of staff did not correctly give us all the options. Furthermore she did not inform us that the pool was closed despite knowing that this was the only reason we booked the hotel (we had been to the Falls for the past 3 days... more

I spent three weeks traveling by myself in Argentina in May 2007. The stay at the Sheraton Iguazu was a highlight. I was there for two nights and found the hotel immaculately clean, the rooms fabulously comfy, and the food and service outstanding. What more could one want? more

Hotel is way too overpriced for value of money. Only benefit to this hotel is their location to view the falls. However, the hotel gives no perks for paying the high rate to be there as a benefit. You still are expected to pay park entrance fee as if you were a normal visitor to the park. You are isolated... more

Sorry, I don't understand the other reviews: when you travel to Iguazu you come because of the falls only. So what you want is a great view and perfect access to the falls. Okay, the Sheraton needs urgent renovation, it's not more than 3 star - but the location is unique. You're staying inside the park, have view to the... more

Stayed here 2 nights and once you're there you know that you're paying for the location, not the for the quality of the hotel (rooms / service etc.). The hotel is right in the middle of the National Park and you can actually see the falls from the reception desk. You can choose a room with a view to the... more

It is worth springing to stay in the middle of the park for a one- to two-night visit to Iguazú Falls. We had a jungle-view room and still, the view was beautiful from our spacious balcony. The room was modern and clean and had the usual Sheraton amenities. The breakfast was also amazing. The staff was extremely attentive. It was... more

The Sheraton Iguazu as many other writers have stated is located within the iguazu international park. It is literally a few minutes away from the major walkways in the park, all of the walkways/trails can be accessed within the hotel without having to be bussed into the park and taking the train - you have immediate access to the superior... more

We paid $300US a night for this hotel and granted, the view was spectacular and the location unbeatable as it is the only hotel in the Iguazu National Park. However, we had problems which we addressed with the hotel for a short apology. Between the hours of 6:00 and 9:00 pm there was no hot water. It dribbled out of... more

As many others have said, you're paying for the view and location here, not the hotel itself. The nice thing about staying inside the park is that you can walk to the falls and to the meeting point for the adventure trips. But take away the view and location, and $450 plus for these rooms is a crazy price. They're... more
