We stayed at this hotel for a week over Christmas with a package tour and could not really fault it. The staff were always pleasant and helpful and our room was superb. Great central location for visitors. 15 mins walk to Waterfront and the same to go uptown to Long Street and the museums. Well maintained but the small lift is not ideal for claustrophobics ! Italian restaurant served good quality food but lacked atmosphere when quiet. more
