I stayed here on business and was very impressed with the room and service. The bedroom was extremely comfortable and food was lovely. The hotel hosted a conference which was excellent and it was great to unwind in the stunning spa facility on the 19th floor. Would recommend. more

I stayed at the Westin Grand for 4 days in May 2008. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and although it is mainly a corporate hotel with plenty of conference business, the hotel is not too business-like in its approach to guests. I have just returned from a 5 night conference at the Westin Grand - the hotel was fantastic at coping with a large ( 300+ ) demanding group. The hotel's atrium and reception areas are very attractive. The facilities (incl. gym and spa) are of a very high standard. The rooms are quite "compact" but stylishly furnished and that "heavenly bed" is oh so comfortable (especially after a long haul flight!). For a 5-star hotel the service level is below expected standard and the state of cleanliness in the rooms is awful. The dry cleaning service managed to ruin two business suits. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone despite the good location. more

Such a nice Hotel, great location, kind and helpful staff - though housekeeping needs improvement. Receptionists handle each problem tactfully. Excellent food, terrific breakfast. Deserves good credit. Wish it was more affordable for a second stay. more

I spent with my wife 3 nights in the Westin last week and it was a really great Hotel. Located near bei the V&A Waterfront with a free Shuttle every 30 Minutes.
