We asked for an extra pillow but never recieved it, the hotel was booked in US dollars and we payed the rest in paso and was charged an extra $25.00 for exchange rate, {RIPE OFF}, the carpet was old & thin our window view was the worst you could imagine, we were charged $75.00 US dollars for this room that... more

We chose the hotel because Lonely Planet recommended it as a "high end" hotel that was newly renovated with art deco style. First of all, the front desk never told us upon booking the reservation that a 5000 Peso deposit was required on a 3000 Peso/night room or that there will be a 6% surcharge for credit card payment.
