The main thing the hotel has going for itself is location. Situated above the Mark Plaza Mall basically atop of the Shibuya Station you are right in the heart of the city. I'd say the hotel itself was your typical asian midprice to better than midprice hotel. Lobby and restaurants were first class like a hilton/hyatt, but the rooms where tiny and basic with burns on the carpet and very warm hallways. No great amenities at all.
